Terms of Service
General
There will be extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works. Please see commercial license for more detail.
When commissioning me, you are purchasing a digital file, no physical item is included.
I do not permit the use of my artwork for AI-related activities, such as (but not limited to) AI training and AI generated works.
I do not permit the use of my artwork for any blockchain-related activities, such as (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency.
Workflow
Sketching phase will begin after payment has been received.
Revision 1 - Major changes (pose, composition etc.) can be made during this phase.
Lineart & rendering will start after the client has approved the sketch.
Finished commission will be sent to client for final review
Revision 2 - Minor changes (minor adjustment to color, adding missing details etc) can be made during this phase.
Final delivery via google drive.
If additional changes needed to be made, extra cost will incur depending on the complexity of the change.
Clients are always welcome to ask for progress updates.
Payment
Payments can be made through Paypal or Stripe invoice.
Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront, unless otherwise discussed.
All prices are listed in USD.
Commercial License
1.5x price - Promotional material & streaming assets (social media, Twitch, video thumbnails etc.)
3x price - Merchandise production, such as using the artwork for printed goods for sale (stickers, keychains, posters etc.)
Copyright & Usage
If you post / use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (Twitter: @nimeffy / Twitch: nimeffy / IG:@nimeffy)
I maintain the rights to the commissioned artwork therefor I can use the artwork to promote myself and display it anywhere (website, social media, portfolio etc.)
I maintain the rights to post the artwork wherever I wish, unless otherwise discussed with the client.
The client is allowed to use the artwork to promote themselves.
The client is allowed to claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork.
The client may not alter / edit my work without my consent.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested if I have not started on the commission.
Refund amount will be determined by how much I’ve already worked on.
Client will receive at most 90% of refund due to fees.
If for any reason I am unable to begin/ finish your commission, you will receive full refund.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
